Payment Terms

Liability: While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages or unforeseen issues that may arise during the provision of our services. Any damages caused directly by our negligence will be addressed promptly and fairly.

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and proprietary information developed by our Garden Services team remain the intellectual property of our company. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials solely for the intended purpose of their garden or landscaping project.

Privacy Policy
